This combination kettle / cabinet assembly has a modular base and a 2/3 jacket steam kettle. The lever‐controlled tilting mechanism makes it easy to empty and clean. The kettle heats evenly on all sides for consistent results. The modular base has the gas hook‐up you need to get started. The hot and cold water faucets make cleanup easy.
